In today's world, digitalization is one of the determining factors of balanced environmental development of the country and society as a whole. Today, the development of this process in Ukraine has allowed young people to participate in the implementation and realization of digital projects in the fields of youth policy, culture and sports, to use public services online through the service "DIYA", thus using a maximum of the capabilities of their gadgets and many other benefits. What became very relevant when the COVID-19 pandemic shook the world and forced a large number of industries to master the world online. So today, with the rapid globalization and spread of information technologies, more and more young people are thinking for the future, insuring against possible risks, and therefore mastering new types and forms of employment, such as freelance, employment through online platforms and applications, seeking for greater freedom and flexibility. Which precedes the creation of new institutions in Ukraine, such as the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and as a result, new jobs.

However, it is important to remember that a balanced sustainable development of the whole society will take place under the condition of conservation and renewal of natural resources, same the preservation of the environment is inextricably linked to development issues. Its full achievement requires profound structural changes in public administration and new ways of working in various spheres of economic, social and political life.

Therefore, there is the need to create cross-sectoral institutions with the implementation of administrative mechanisms for environmentally sustainable development at all levels, as well as integrative mechanisms that will involve governments, socially responsible business, civil society (including active youth) and the private sector in the ongoing dialogue on sustainability, developing a shared vision, planning and deciding on future development using the necessary digital tools.
With a clear compromise between all sides in the areas of digitalization, employment, social integration and environmental protection, it is possible to achieve balance, which together will support sustainable development without depleting but renewing human and natural resources, and thus will be effective in the long perspective.
