Ukraine and the Federation of Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis concluded an Agreement on mutual abolition of visa requirements

On 22 of September 2016 within the margins of 71th session of the UN General Assembly the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine P. Klimkin hold a meeting with the Minister for Foreign Affairsof the Federation of Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis Mark Brantley, signing the agreement between Ukraine and Saint Kitts and Nevis on mutual abolition of visa requirements.

The provisions of the abovementioned Agreement provide that citizens of Ukraine and citizens of the Federation of Saint Christopher (Saint Kitts) and Nevis with valid travel documents may enter, leave, go in transit and stay up to 90 days without visas on the territories, respectively of Saint Kitts and Nevis and Ukraine.

Implementation of the provisions of the Agreement will facilitate the promotion of the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, intensification of contacts in the social-economic, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed a broad range of issues of bilateral relations as well as possible ways of improving the cooperation between Ukraine and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
